Ingredients:
1 can of sweetened condensed milk
4 eggs
2 cups of milk
1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
Carammel sauce (store-bought or homemade)
Instructions:
Preheat the oven to 350°F (180°C).
In a blender, mix the sweetened condensed milk, eggs, milk and vanilla extract until smooth.
Pour the caramel sauce into a pudding mold or a baking dish.
Pour the milk mixture over the caramel sauce.
Cover the mold or dish with foil.
Place the mold or dish into a larger baking dish and add hot water to the larger dish, creating a water bath.
Bake in the preheated oven for about 1 hour, or until the pudding is set.
Remove from the oven and let it cool.
Chill in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours.
To serve, run a knife around the edge of the pudding mold or baking dish and invert the pudding onto a plate.
