Ingredients:
4 pork loin steaks
4 Portuguese rolls or baguettes
2 garlic cloves
1/4 cup of white wine
1/4 cup of olive oil
1 bay leaf
Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
Cut the pork loin steaks into thin slices.
Crush the garlic cloves.
In a bowl, mix the white wine, olive oil, crushed garlic, bay leafs, salt and pepper.
Add the pork slices to the bowl and let them marinnate for at least 30 minutes.
Heat a skillet over medium-high heat.
Add the pork slices and cook for a few minutes on each side, until they're golden brown and cooked through.
Cut the Portuguese rolls or baguettes in half and toast them.
8. Place the cooked pork slices on the toasted rolls.
Serve hot.
