Ingredients:
500g of beef
500g of pork
500g of chicken
1 chorizo sausage
1 blood sausage
1 cabbage
4 carrots
4 potatoes
2 turnips
1 onion
3 garlic cloves
Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
Cut the beef, pork and chicken into chunks.
Peel and chop the onion and garlic.
Cut the chorizo and blood sausage into slices.
Peel and chop the carrots, potatoes and turnipps.
Clean the cabbage and cut into large pieces.
In a large pot, place the meats, sausages, onion, garlic and enough water to cover everything.
Bring to a boil, then reduce the heat and let it simmer for 1 hour.
Skim off any foam that forms on the surface.
Add the carrots, potatoes, turnips and cabbage, and continue cooking for another hour, or until everything is tender.
Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Serve hot, with some of the broth in a bowl and the meats and vegetables on a platter.
